AULA advises all its Indian customers to verify purchases through the official AULA India Customer Care number at 6364322112 or via email at info@aulaindia.com before buying from any unknown or unauthorized sellers.

AULA products are officially available online only through aulaIndia.com and AULA India-authorized sellers. Beware of sellers offering non-Indian versions of AULA products (without BIS or WPC certifications) through illegal imports.

Purchases made from unauthorized sellers—without the BIS-embossed logo—will not be eligible for any warranty or support from AULA India or the AULA Global support team.

Additionally, be cautious of sellers offering Epomaker versions of AULA products that lack proper BIS, WPC, EPR certifications, or other required Indian customs approvals, as these may be illegally imported.

Always verify sellers to avoid fraudulent websites and counterfeit products.
