This registration is certified under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, as per the official Trademark Registry record.

Any individual, company, or online seller using, importing, promoting, or selling products bearing the “AULA” mark in India without written authorization from AULA India Private Limited or SOAI India Private Limited shall be deemed to be infringing upon our intellectual property rights. Such infringement will result in immediate legal action, including injunctions, damages, and criminal prosecution under applicable laws.

Customers are advised to verify all purchases directly with AULA India before buying AULA-branded products from any third-party source.

Please beware of:

  • Sellers offering non-Indian versions of AULA products (without BIS or WPC certifications).
  • EPOMAKER X AULA- branded or grey-market imports falsely or unauthorisedly using the AULA name.

Purchases from unauthorized or illegal sellers will not be eligible for any warranty, repair, or service support from AULA India or AULA Global.

  • Sections 29 & 30 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999
  • Sections 102 & 103 of the Trade Marks Rules, 2017
