Return Policies & Refund Guidelines

Policies regarding warranty, refunds, returns, cancellations, shipping, and customer support.

1. No Refund for Change of Mind

Products once sold are generally non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons including change of mind, personal preference, buyer’s remorse, compatibility assumptions, or subjective dissatisfaction after delivery.

Customers are requested to carefully review all product specifications, compatibility requirements, images, and descriptions before placing an order.

2. Responsible Use of Complaint & Escalation Channels

Customers are requested not to misuse complaint or escalation channels simply because they did not personally like the product, expected something different, or changed their mind after purchase, where the product has been delivered correctly and is functioning as intended.

Before raising external complaints, customers are expected to first allow Aula India a fair opportunity to review, troubleshoot, service, repair, or replace the product wherever applicable.

Raising a complaint, escalation, or legal notice does not automatically create entitlement to a refund, replacement, or compensation where Aula India has fulfilled its stated support and warranty obligations.

False, misleading, abusive, or frivolous complaints or escalation attempts may be addressed appropriately under applicable laws.

3. Acceptance of Terms Before Purchase

By completing a purchase on Aula India, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy available on this platform.

Completion of payment constitutes deemed acceptance of these policies.

4. Resolution & Refund Eligibility

Where a customer reports a genuine issue with a product or service, Aula India may attempt resolution through troubleshooting, repair, or after-sales servicing at its discretion.

Refunds are not the default or automatic remedy where replacement or servicing can reasonably resolve the issue.

5. Documentation & Communication Records

Aula India maintains records relating to product descriptions, orders, support interactions, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, technical inspections, and policy acceptance logs for operational, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Such records may be relied upon in response to any formal complaint, dispute, or legal proceeding.
