2. All our shipments are fully insured, sent with a tracking number, and the order can be tracked on our website using this tracking number.

3. Items are shipped from our warehouse – AULA, C/o SOAI India Private Limited, SY No 52/3 Madanayakanahalli, Tumkur Road, Bangalore North Taluk, Karnataka, 562162, India via post.

4. Product will be delivered WITHIN 10 days of placing a successful order.

5. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to postal services.
